I am a woman, widow, mom, stepchild, educator, mindset strategist and lifestyle speaker.  I currently have two daughters! Being an educator helps me to bring strategies that will “accentuate the positive, and eliminate the negative”.  Finally, as a lifestyle teacher/speaker, it is my desire to help you change the way you think about yourself that will ultimately help change your atmosphere of influence.

While serving as an educator I have been in the industry for approximately 15 years ranging from teaching middle and high school students to being a lead teacher and career coach. While teaching, I have served on several committees, been department chairperson, leadership team chairperson and awarded as Model Teacher for the 2014-2015 school year as well as Peer Leadership Teacher of the Year for the 2018-2019 school year. I received my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Master of Education in Mathematics Education, both from Alabama State University, Montgomery, AL. 

Aside from teaching, I am the founder of Master in M.E.(My Existence), which holds a two-fold message. Individuals are able to master their styles of life and while having the Master (God) they know they can fulfill their purpose. I have held and participated in several events empowering women to master in themselves first and then impacting those around them to do the same.
